Important Safety Information
Always swim with a buddy and inform someone about your swimming plans.
Use the “What3Words” app for precise location details.
Bring warm clothing for before and after your swim, along with a hot drink.
Keep your warm clothes easily accessible once you finish swimming.
Carry a phone in a waterproof case for safety.
Enter the water gradually to help your body adjust and to understand the risks of cold water shock.
Don’t feel pressured to swim in just swimwear—it's perfectly fine to wear a wetsuit, gloves, and boots for extra warmth and protection.
